tied boy on my bed being gagged and struggling

the boy found himself in a complete helpless position. hogtied and in spreadeagle, he has absolutely no chance of escaping without outside help. but what would be the point of restraining a boy without the use of a good, thick and multi-layered gag to keep him quiet?
